Inside htdocs folder, there is devkit folder which is the main file of PHP & MySQL and it is using codeigniter.
If you haven't installed Web Server and MySQL Database,
please follow these steps on this page https://www.apachefriends.org/index.html.
We are using XAMPP for Windows.
